"Operation Eagle": An Israeli landing deep in Lebanon before the ceasefire

Israeli army spokesman Avichai Adraee wrote via “X”: “Operation “Eagle”: The Israeli army reveals a military operation that took place minutes before the ceasefire with Lebanon entered into force, landing forces from a special unit in the Christofini mountain range in the eastern Lebanon mountain range.”
He said: "Forces from a special unit in the Israeli army began on Thursday evening, before the ceasefire entered into force, Operation 'Eagle', where the forces landed deep in the Christofini mountain range, the East Lebanon mountain range in southern Lebanon, and established their operational presence in the region. The Chief of Staff approved the operation, which was supervised by both the Air Force Commander and the Commander of the Northern Command. The Israeli army is in a state of immediate readiness and will continue to eliminate threats in the entire area between the border and the line that was determined within the ceasefire understandings."
